(To store documents safely. Make copies of all documents. Good idea to have 3 separate binders: 1st Binder: Safe place in your home (safest is a safe bolted down), 2nd Binder: Originals in a safe deposit box at a bank, 3rd Binder: In a State other than the one you live copies of everything in binder with a trusted friend in there safe or a safe deposit box. You will have to change the binder in order to fit in a small safe deposit box.)
